How does BLUES work?

The BLUES evaluation is based on a three-step process.

• In-depth Interview. A designated person interviews the company and answers are entered into an easy-to-use online system.
• On-line Benchmarking. Data is then compared within the BLUES Database against a selected sample of peer companies. When this selection is confirmed, the BLUES Database automatically generates a BLUES Report and sends it via email in PDF format.
• Progress Tracking. The assessment is done regularly, usually with a yearly period, to ensure business is developing as planned.

BLUES Report includes:

• Brief description of BLUES methodology
• Company evaluation report expressed in easy-to-read graphs & tables
• Company profile benchmarked against a company in the BLUES Database
• SWOT analysis automatically generated by the system highlighting the company's strengths and weaknesses
